PI简介  研究员 博士生导师

19727月出生于四川省资中县。20018月在中国科学院昆明动物研究所获得博士学位。20022004年在英国利物浦大学和美国伯明韩阿拉巴马大学从事博士后研究。目前,正主持多项国家基金、中科院重点项目和云南省重点基金项目。2005年获得中国科学院百人计划择优支持。

 

 

研究方向

a、发掘了大量的抗菌肽,并对其结构、功能和基因进行了全面的研究。目前我们已从动物、微生物中发现了300种以上的抗菌肽,属于65个不同的多肽家族,占目前世界已知抗菌肽总数1500种(110个家族)的20%以上。代表性成果发表于Molecular cellular proteomics (2007), Molecular immunology (2008), Eur J Immunol (2006).

b、设计并改造了抗菌肽,使之同时具有抗菌和抑制胰蛋白酶水解活性;也改造了抗菌肽使之在胃酸环境发挥强抗菌活性。这些研究结果主要发表于FASEB J 2007)和FASEB J 2004)。这些改造的双功能多肽为抗菌肽的体内应用打下了坚实基础。

c、全面研究了吸血节肢动物(蜱和牛虻)与其宿主相互作用的分子机制,揭示了牛虻作为传统抗血栓药物的物质基础。这些研究结果主要发表于Molecular cellular proteomics (2008)

d、发掘了大量的可以分泌具有应用前景活性多肽与蛋白的微生物资源,并进行了物种鉴定。发现了10多个微生物新种,5个新属,1个新科(中华杆菌科Sinobacteraceae)。中华杆菌科也是目前我国唯一自己发现命名的格兰氏阴性细菌新科。代表性结果分别发表于Int J Syst Evol Microbiol 200620072008)。

e、发现了新型皮肤抗氧化系统,并对两栖动物皮肤抗氧化多肽组学进行研究。代表性结果分别发表于Mol Cell Proteomics. 2008Nov 20. [Epub ahead of print]

f、在这些工作基础上,发现了大量具有临床应用前景的活性多肽与蛋白,建立了相应的生物活性分子资源库,申请了35个发明专利,其中的15个已经获得授权
