学科带头人 马原野 研究员 博士生导师
生于1955年。1987-1988年在美国耶鲁大学神经科学系做博士后研究,师从美国著名神经科学家Goldman-Rakic教授。该实验室主要进行大脑前额叶功能的电生理研究; 1995-1996年到英国牛津大学实验心理学系做访问科学家;1994年入选国家教委“优秀回国留学人员再出国”项目,到牛津大学著名神经心理学家D.Gaffan博士实验室进行灵长类前额叶的研究;1996-1999年在美国亚利桑那大学心理学系,进行"大脑认知地图"的研究;目前在国际脑研究组织,美国神经科学会,美国科学促进会等多个学术团体任职,并担任中国科学院心理研究所客座研究员。
研究方向
本学科组主要从事大脑前额叶认知功及其与某些精神、神经疾病关系以及心理成瘾的脑机制方面的研究。主要利用现代生物物理学、神经电生理学、神经行为学、神经药理学及生理心理学手段,探讨意识、认知过程的起源、演化及其脑机制。目前主要进行啮齿类和非人灵长类猕猴的大脑前额叶认知功能的研究,探讨其功能异常与某些精神、神经疾病等的关系以及药物成瘾心理戒断的脑机制。
我们的工作首先完善了在自由活动猕猴、大鼠脑上进行神经元单位放电活动记录的技术,并使得这项技术稳定,成熟,并在"脑认知地图"研究上得到很好的结果。其次我们在猕猴清醒状态、睡眠状态、麻醉状态等情况下,采用探测性诱发电位的方法,探讨了前额叶的功能,及多巴胺D2受体功能在其中的作用;建立了感觉阈值测定的方法,并在猕猴和大鼠吗啡依赖及戒断机制研究上取到很好的研究成果。我们还对戒断症状特异的敏感时期采用电生理技术,在猕猴和大鼠的海马、眶额叶等脑区进行了单位放电和脑电的记录,发现了与成瘾环境相关的特征单位放电及θ、γ频段
